Doctortosity Ltd, trading as MyPharmHub, a company registered in England and Wales, (company number 17224634) ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the MyPharmHub Platform and marketing site. Some are essential for the service to work. Others help us measure performance and fix errors, and we only use those when you allow them.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related browser technologies (such as local storage where needed) for the same purposes described below. References to "cookies" in this policy include those similar technologies.
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect against abuse, and route traffic securely. They are always on because the Platform cannot function without them. Examples include session and authentication cookies for staff and patients.
3. Analytics and performance
When you opt in, we use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load and interaction performance. This helps us keep the site fast. These scripts are not loaded until you accept analytics (or enable this category in Cookie settings).
4. Error monitoring
When you opt in on public pages, we use Sentry in the browser to collect anonymised error reports so we can diagnose and fix bugs. We scrub personal data from these reports where possible.
On authenticated staff and platform-admin tools, browser error monitoring may run as part of operating a secure healthcare platform. Server-side monitoring always runs to protect the service.
5. How to change your settings
Use Cookie settings in the site footer, or the banner when you first visit, to accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose categories.
Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named mph_cookie_consent (host-scoped, Path=/, SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS) for up to 12 months on the site you visited. Clearing cookies will re-prompt you for a choice.
